FivePoint Partners with Live Nation

FivePoint will partner up with Live Nation to bring Orange County a great and fine outdoor amphitheater.

Aliso Viejo, a California-based FivePoint, is partnering up with Live Nation Entertainment on a proposed 12,000-seat outdoor music amphitheater that lies adjacent to the Orange County Great Park in Irvine, CA. These two hope to open their venue in time for summer 2017, though a conditional use permit is pending approval by the City of Irvine.

This interim venue is planned for about 45 acres of property owned by Heritage Fields El Toro, LLC. The amphitheater would provide entertainment for music enthusiasts, an alternative to Irvine Meadows, which closed back in October of 2016.

FivePoint's Emile Haddad adds and says that music helps build communities and notes that live and outdoor music “has been a part of Orange County's heritage and it is essential to its future. We're determined to keep this tradition alive by working with Live Nation to develop the next-generation outdoor music venue in Irvine.” Outdoor music has been a part of human culture for tens of thousands of years, and it brought tribes and clans together to fortify the human bonding experience. Presently, it still brings thousands of people together to enjoy their favorite artists that perform at various venues around the world.

Music theaters help bring people together, as do well-constructed buildings and businesses. Clients that are in a well-constructed business will feel much better and comfortable to do business with you, rather than doing business at a poorly constructed building or office.
