Two franchise agreements have recently been signed, so we can expect two Hilton Garden Inn hotels to rise on the islands of Kauai and Oahu in the near future. Now, Hilton can proudly say that this brand is in all 50 states of America! Hilton's Big Kahuna is expected to be open for business early next year where Ohana Waikiki West was previously located. The Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach will erect after an extensive, $3 million renovation of the previous hotel. Major areas and parts of the previous hotel will also go under demolition, revamping the entire space where the new hotel will stand. The Hilton Garden Inn is expected to continue branding from its roots, providing business travelers with a place to call home during their work endeavors. There will be pool-side family suits available, with 623 hotel rooms, signature dining, and a grab-and-go meal option. This addition to Waikiki Beach is expected to bring major change to the area, tempting business travelers across the globe to flock to this new establishment.
