Recognizing that guests' tastes are different and constantly evolving, Courtyard by Marriott has launched a new dining experience that offers a diverse menu that features fresh ingredients and classic cocktails with a twist. The new, semi-casual eatery, Bistro Bar, has now been unveiled at more than 900 Courtyard properties in the U.S. As they researched their new dining offering, Courtyard learned that guests focused heavily on the whole food and beverage experience. This is why everything from the menu to the waitstaff to the plating presentation was carefully taken into account when planning Bistro Bar. In regards to the menu, it features a variety of American classics that are redone in a way that satisfies the palette of the younger generation. Some of the menu options include:

• Skillet meatballs with Pomodoro sauce, ricotta, and parmesan cheeses served with artisan toast
• Mediterranean grain bowl with grilled chicken, roasted broccolini, lemon-dressed arugula, goat cheese, tomatoes and almonds over quinoa and brown rice
• Three-cheese grilled cheese and tomato soup with white cheddar, gruyere, and parmesan on artisan bread and served with classic tomato soup
• Warmed dark chocolate and sea salt cookie
• Black cherry old fashioned
• Seasonal margarita
• Southside
