Before embarking on the 7-night, 8-day journey, guests are offered a private fitness consultation with the resort's recreation manager. During the consultation, guests will have their fitness levels and goals recorded, and this data will then be transformed into a personalized fitness schedule for the days to come. Fun activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, circuit training, swimming, and hiking are the core aspects of the program. The pace of the journey is up to each individual guest, but the resort does offer recommendations to help guests get their heart rates up and help them stay on track. Guests can use their Fitbit Ionic to instantly connect with Trisara staff, enabling them to ask questions or receive motivational texts. In an effort to encourage guest to continue their fitness efforts, Trisara even invites guests to take the Fitbit Ionic home with them after their stay.
