December 2014 – CBRE Hotels sold one of the last remaining strategically located land parcels in the Anaheim Resort. The 300-room Anaheim Plaza Hotel, located on 8.5 acres at 1700 S. Harbor Boulevard, sits across the street from Disneyland's main entrance at the southeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and Disney Way. An off-shore based investor sold the property to a Hong Kong based real estate company with local ties to the Southern California market. The buyer views this as a strategic long-term acquisition with great future potential.
