While always keeping the guests best interest in mind, it is important to train employees, especially valets and front desk staff to take every safety precaution necessary. Make sure they ask for key cards or IDs of people who ask to check bags or valet their car to ensure that they are staying on the premises.
  • Room safety. It is important to remind guests to use the lock bar at night and to lock valuables away in the safes provided. Although key cards are used to keep the rooms secure, they are not fool proof.
