Chris Hostert is CEO and President of Parkwest. Chris has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction and construction management. Chris has developed homes, apartments, hotel renovations and remodels and PIP’s. His knowledge and attention to detail has saved clients a substantial amount of financial resources through the years.
Ed LaCivita is Executive Vice-President of Parkwest General Contractors, after running his own subcontracting company for 14 years. Now, with over 26 years of experience, Ed’s “can-do” attitude is appreciated by our clients.
Craig Hostert is our Director of Business Operations and COO of Parkwest. Craig has served as Regional Vice-president of a national bank and compiled 26 years of experience in construction, construction management, real estate development and real estate finance. Among his other duties, Craig is responsible for project accounting and is a graduate of California State Fullerton.
Craig Sullivan joined our team in 2013 as Senior Vice-President of Business Development. After enjoying a successful 40 year career in commercial real estate, Craig brings his vast knowledge to Parkwest. Craig has a “client-first” mentality and is active as co-chair of the Income Property Lending Conferences/ Commercial Real Estate & Lending Conference in California.
