A comprehensive, yearlong renovation has finally been revealed at the Monarch Beach Resort. Following the recently refreshed 400 guestrooms, the redesign features a new Miraval Life in Balance Group; a transformed culinary program and five new dining concepts; an expansive new pool area complete with its own private cabanas; and a brand new arrival experience.
The new spa offers more than 70 signatures treatments developed at the company's flagship Miraval Resort & Spa near Tucson, AZ. The spa now has 24 treatment rooms, a lap pool, boutique, spa suites, Deborah Lippmann Nail Salon, Drybar, and relaxation and tranquility zones.
Executive Chef Collin Thornton led the concepts for five new dining extravaganzas. The new culinary experience will feature ingredients from the local area and sustainable practices in all menu creations, according to the company.
You'll also find beach house-inspired details with oversized seating, wide plank wood floors, and blue and sea glass green accents. Near these houses, located outside, lies an adult-only pool, a family pool, and two infinity-edge spas. Other highlights of the hotel include private cabanas with built-in music and outdoor mini bars, additional poolside chaise lounges, and a fire pit surrounded by pristine and comfortable couches.
A warm palette of blues, greens, and whites adorn the 400 new guestrooms and suites designed by the Los Angeles-based Rodrigo Vargas Design. Modern patio furniture adorns the balcony of every room and all first-floor balconies feature fire pits.
