Robert J. Feist is pleased to announce the successful close of the Stockton Marriott portfolio. The marketing period started in February 2015, and the efforts generated responses from nearly 700 prospective buyers. Over 120 of the prospects executed confidentiality agreements to be in the running to bid on the portfolio.
The call for offers was scheduled within 60 days from the start of marketing. On the deadline, Feist generated nearly 20 offers from qualified buyers, from which the seller chose eight buyers to move onto the best & final round. In the end, the seller had a great group of qualified buyers to choose from and the deal closed shortly thereafter.
