New Mixed-Use Development In The Works

Zephyr Partners in San Diego has recently purchased a nine-acre land parcel in Dana Point and plans to construct a mixed-use community on the land. Established in 2008, this real estate development and investment company has proven its worth with their many successful projects, including: The Park, a $100 million high end condominium and townhome development in Bankers Hill; and The Block, a $250 million mixed-use development that will be in Downtown San Diego. This will be Zephyr Partners' first foray in Orange County, marking a substantial accomplishment and more promise for continued exponential growth. CO-CEO of the company, Brad Termini said that we can expect 168 high end townhomes and seven mixed-use structures on the land. The previous establishment was a mobile harm park adjacent to Doheny State Beach and Dana Point Harbor. We can expect construction to begin in 2016, with hopes of the project being completed by 2019.
