Parkwest GC Completes New Headquarters for City of Long Beach Gas & Oil Department

We are pleased to announce that Parkwest GC has completed construction of the new Headquarters for the City of Long Beach Gas & Oil Department. This project was ground up construction plus all interior work and finishes. The scope of work included a special FAA permit for a crane do to its proximity to Long Beach Airport. This project included the two story HQ structure, an outdoor steel and concrete bridge connecting the new building to the old headquarters and a freestanding one story locker room with shower facility. The new headquarters is in the process of getting its LEED Gold Certification.
